Provisional telephone bookings will be held for 4 working days. All prices quoted are inclusive.
Deposit of a quarter of the holiday cost is payable if booked over eight weeks in advance. If the holiday is booked within eight weeks of the start date, the full amount of the holiday is due.
You can arrive at the property after 3pm on the start date of your holiday letting and you must leave by 10.30am on the day of departure. If you arrival will be delayed beyond 8pm, please ring 01454 299227 to make alternative arrangements. If you fail to arrive by noon on the day after the start date of your holiday rental and you do not advise of this, your booking may be treated as having been cancelled by you. No refund of any monies will be made in this situation.
You and all members of your holiday rental party agree to keep the property, furniture, fittings and effects clean and tidy and to leave the property in a similar condition as you found it upon your arrival.
No smoking is allowed in the property. No candles or any burning fragrances are allowed on the premises.
If the holiday is cancelled a £20 cancellation fee will be retained. If you do not have holiday cancellation insurance cover and we are unable to re-let the holiday, you will be liable for the outstanding balance. Cancellation within 8 weeks of the booking 80% of cost will be due; cancellation within 2 to 6 months of the booking 50% of cost will be due.
You and all members of your holiday rental party agree not to use the property for any commercial purpose, including without limitation assigning or subletting it or otherwise allowing anyone to occupy it who has not previously been accepted by the owner.
You are responsible for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property – along with any additional costs that may result – which are caused by you and/or any members of your holiday rental party.
The property may not be occupied by more persons than berths provided.
In case of a complaint it is important to us that you enjoy your holiday. Complaints raised at the time of your holiday enable on-the-spot investigation to be carried out and remedial action can be taken if required.
The owner reserves the right to hand over the property to you, and during your occupation the owner or representative (including workpeople) may have access to the property at any reasonable time as necessary.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times and under no circumstances may pets be left in the property unattended. Pets are not allowed on the beds or chairs.
The owner of the property shall have no liability for any death or personal injury or damage to your property unless this results from negligence of the owner or employees.
