From the hall this opens in to a lounge with a wood burning stovee, a colour TV and video, one of the sofas opens into a double bed.

At the other side of the hallway is a large kitchen/diner with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and washing machine.

Internet access is available via Wi-Fi.

The property is heated by gas central heating. All fuel and power is included in the charges, as are the bed linen and towels.
A cot and high chair can be requested; no linen is supplied for the cot.
Well-behaved dogs are welcomed. Sorry, no smoking.

There are two pubs, a shop and Post Office in the local village 1.5 miles away.
Lance House is at the end of a quite no through road joined to the owners house, but a few hundred yards away from any other houses.

Internet access is available via Wi-Fi.

Ample car parking, open all year.
